Courtesy and excellence highlight service After my last oil/service appointment, my 2011 Cruz suddenly dropped from 30+ mpg to 18-19 mpg. I called and questioned this and was told the gauges were not always accurate-but the $$ at the gas pump told the real story. Then my check engine light went on. quick and efficient service There was a problem with the battery. Since my vehicle was still under warranty, I wasn't charged for parts or labor. I was taken care of quickly and efficiently. I was very happy with my experience at your dealership. I will continue to service my vehicle through your establishment. My next new vehicle will also be bought at Bob Bell Chevrolet.
Equinox Was not please that my bill reflected charges for work not authorized or completed. The service manager did assist but if I didn't read my entire bill I would have paid for services not needed or authorized. Was this a scam?
