quick and efficient service There was a problem with the battery. Since my vehicle was still under warranty, I wasn't charged for parts or labor. I was taken care of quickly and efficiently. I was very happy with my experience at your dealership. I will continue to service my vehicle through your establishment. My next new vehicle will also be bought at Bob Bell Chevrolet.
Equinox Was not please that my bill reflected charges for work not authorized or completed. The service manager did assist but if I didn't read my entire bill I would have paid for services not needed or authorized. Was this a scam?

Great service I was so very upset when my 2011 Chevy Traverse broke down. Bob Bell was very helpful in diagnosing the problem and fixing it in a timely manner.
