Service Appointment I took my vehicle into the dealership to have an oil change and tire rotation. The appointment was for the next day when we were due to have severe weather. My service advisor stated that due to the impending weather, if I would like, they could do my service right away because they had some extra time. I thought this was great and I had great customer service. Ray Karl always gives me great advice when I come in.

survey I came in without a reservation but was seen my oil changed and tires rotated. Parts for my recall were also ordered. Coffee in waiting room many choices
