Car Repair I took my car for an oil change. The mechanic told Bill Cole that everything was fine. When I got home, I checked the 27 point list and found 3 things showing as yellow, including brakes. I emailed the service manager who immediately took action. Bill Cole called me probably 15 minutes later and we made an appointment for me to come back.
