Great Buying Experience! I just purchased a 2015 Chevy Trax AWD from Bob Bell Chevrolet on Oct. 31, 2015. Quick, easy. Thank you! Quick and easy, I had a bad experience with another dealership telling me that I needed more repairs than were actually necessary. Bill took care of me, and had my car fixed right up! I'm still monitoring for any trouble, but so far so good. She's purrin' like a kitten again. :) Thank you!! Routine Oil Change I brought my new car in for the first oil change. I called to make an appointment and was given one very easily. I was disappointed to learn that they give everyone the same appointment time (8 am slot) and then you are serviced based on first come first served. This was not mentioned AT ALL during the appointment making. Had I known, I would have scheduled to drop off and have someone pick me up to return later for my car.
