2015 Silverado It was a nice experience. All the staff was great and answered any question that I had. The one "hiccup" that I had was the OnStar. It could not be activated. I brought it back in and after the tech completed troubleshooting, it was found that it needed a control module that would require ordering. Therefore, I had to bring it back in again. great service Well I only have one complaint and that is I made an appointment to get the oil changed in the car for 7 a.m. When I got there at 7 a.m. and there was three cars ahead of me and I was told there was about a two hour wait, so I left and came back the following week without an appointment and was second in line and was out in less than an hour. Now why would they have me make an appointment if they do not go by the appointment schedule?

Bob Bell Fast, friendly service. Easy and convenient. I dropped my truck off before I went to work and they called me when it was completed. I waited inside the customer area for a ride. I enjoyed hot, fresh coffee while waiting in the area. The area was clean and provided services I needed while waiting.
