Great customer service We were costumers of Koons Chevrolet for years NOT ANYMORE We are Bob Bell costumers. We came in on Saturday afternoon and meet David Stevenson he was great. We knew what we wanted a new Traverse He took us right to them, then a test drive. Car Repair I took my car for an oil change. The mechanic told Bill Cole that everything was fine. When I got home, I checked the 27 point list and found 3 things showing as yellow, including brakes. I emailed the service manager who immediately took action. Bill Cole called me probably 15 minutes later and we made an appointment for me to come back. Problem Resolved - GREAT! 3 months ago no one could find why my tire was leaking air constantly. This visit the tech found a nail. I just feel I should not have had to get it looked at twice for a nail issue. I simply feel my first visit was rushed & not truly investigated, they oil changed me & pushed me out. Thank you to this tech this visit for being more observant & remedying the issue.
