overall awesome I stopped in after work for an oil change and tire rotation without an appointment and was in and out in about an hour.
My Malibu first off I missed my 7:00 appointment because I didn't see the email for my approval until that morning, my fault. But I called and talked to Bill and he was so understanding and told me I could still bring my car in. I also had a problem with one of my remotes and they also took care of that.
