I need to say that Bo and Mike, are the most professional, kind, caring Managers I’ve ever experienced.. The way this Storage Facility is ran is beyond Exemplary and I’d not trust any other facility as I do theirs.. Their caring ways go further than their professionalism, and that’s saying a lot.. Five Star Service..
Mike and Bo are amazing not just a storage managers but as wonderful kind human beings. after shopping around I found their prices to be the best in a safe clean environment. I highly recommend.

I’ve moved between Tennessee & Florida a few times over the past few years and after finding this place, as long as there’s an open unit available, they have my business. It’s clean, very reasonably priced…VERY compared to local competitors and Bo is the best customer service rep I’ve dealt with since moving to Fla. Hands down the best public storage facility in Jacksonville. We live downtown and still chose this company all the way in Mandarin! The customer service is above and beyond. The rates are absolutely unbeatable and the facility is great!
