RecommendedThe place is well kept and maintenance is quickly taken care of. Have been using this facility for almost five years. I have confidence in U-Store. The only negative position I have is the continual increase in monthly rent. (Gone up about 50.00 per month in five years)

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. The managers work hard to take care of the tenants and resolves any issues that might occur. In going thru the rental rate since 2017, we saw the rent was increased in 2018 and 2019. There was no increase in 2020 and for 2021 the rent was only increased by $8, making the total increase $28 in a five year span.
