very good friend of mine put her stuff in storage and went to get it out and rat poop and roaches everywhere. Was told it was her problem not there's .. Really cause she didn't bring the rats and roaches with her!!! She pictures to prove and something needs to be done..
sister stored stuff for 4 months in a air conditioned unit and tons of it ruined by rats! roaches every where! office manager Kevin said it was her problem that their facility had rats and roaches. very unprofessional and disgusting!
So I want to take a minute and write this post. The past couple of months I have had my stuff in this storage unit. fix the gate, it's very inconvenient when you take the day to get something out of your storage and the gate isn't working. 2 hour round trip, stuck in traffic to get there and literally some poor lady was stuck in and couldn't get out and had to call the police for help because no emergency number is listed. Then they refused to give me corporate number and David Black is a joke " no help at all"

They make it very difficult to exit the unit. Also unit leaked nd damaged some of my goods. Poorly maintained
They are very friendly and the place is very clean. We like the fact that the gate pass code allows them to know who comes and goes. We have had a unit there for 4 years. The only negative is their price goes up every year or less.Our price started around $75 and now is $108.

Don't waste your time. These folks could careless about you. Was in my unit for 15 years Yes 15. I have a chronic illness that requires me to have an organ transplant. When I couldn't pay I negotiated a deal to vacate. Pulled out what I needed with the help of a family member. I was told U Stor would take care of the rest. I was also told I would have till the 31st to remove my stuff and I got a call on that day saying my gate code would expire because the manager was closing the nooks.
