NASTY AND RUDE OWNERS. Our reservation unfortunately got transferred to this location. Bald guy with a goatee had a horrible attitude from the very beginning. Instead of quickly checking us in and finding our reservation, he decided to berate us for being late and parking in the "wrong spot" (parking lot with several empty spaces), and tell us how "busy" this weekend is. High office turnaround seems like everybody who works here doesn't stay long I think I was only in here for a year or two. It's kind of frustrating how they give you a password and you don't get to make one which means you have to remember or write it down or save in your phone. The website doesn't really work when you try and pay it sometimes it does and sometimes it doesn't I had to call every time to pay and then sometimes somebody doesn't answer the phone
I rented a U-Haul from this place Friday night. I was supposed to have it back Saturday at 9 AM however things unfortunately happened. I had no problem paying the extra or the late fees but what I got when I called to let them know that I was going to be late was the owner a grown man who looked like he was in his 50s screaming at the top of his lungs for me to bring back his U-Haul. I DO NOT recommend this storage facility - I am moving out due to a RAT INFESTATION IN/AROUND MY UNIT. They do not cover any damages caused by pests and you are responsible for what happens to your stuff. Doesn't matter if it gets ruined, you already paid the rent.
very good friend of mine put her stuff in storage and went to get it out and rat poop and roaches everywhere. Was told it was her problem not there's .. Really cause she didn't bring the rats and roaches with her!!! She pictures to prove and something needs to be done..
sister stored stuff for 4 months in a air conditioned unit and tons of it ruined by rats! roaches every where! office manager Kevin said it was her problem that their facility had rats and roaches. very unprofessional and disgusting!
