NASTY AND RUDE OWNERS. Our reservation unfortunately got transferred to this location. Bald guy with a goatee had a horrible attitude from the very beginning. Instead of quickly checking us in and finding our reservation, he decided to berate us for being late and parking in the "wrong spot" (parking lot with several empty spaces), and tell us how "busy" this weekend is. I rented a U-Haul from this place Friday night. I was supposed to have it back Saturday at 9 AM however things unfortunately happened. I had no problem paying the extra or the late fees but what I got when I called to let them know that I was going to be late was the owner a grown man who looked like he was in his 50s screaming at the top of his lungs for me to bring back his U-Haul. I DO NOT recommend this storage facility - I am moving out due to a RAT INFESTATION IN/AROUND MY UNIT. They do not cover any damages caused by pests and you are responsible for what happens to your stuff. Doesn't matter if it gets ruined, you already paid the rent.
Your late fees are punitive and usurious.

fix the gate, it's very inconvenient when you take the day to get something out of your storage and the gate isn't working. 2 hour round trip, stuck in traffic to get there and literally some poor lady was stuck in and couldn't get out and had to call the police for help because no emergency number is listed. Then they refused to give me corporate number and David Black is a joke " no help at all"

They make it very difficult to exit the unit. Also unit leaked nd damaged some of my goods. Poorly maintained
They are very friendly and the place is very clean. We like the fact that the gate pass code allows them to know who comes and goes. We have had a unit there for 4 years. The only negative is their price goes up every year or less.Our price started around $75 and now is $108.
