Bryant heating and cooling sent Devon to my home today to complete HVAC routine maintenance. He kept me informed on all actions he took, I even learned some new capabilities with my thermostat. He provided outstanding customer service, as I’ve come to expect from this company. His skills and positive attitude are a direct reflection on the company, and I greatly appreciate it.

William was able to diagnose our basement problem and save us from serious potential damage. Our old water heater had performed admirably for over 25 years, but was showing signs of age. He discovered the soaked insulation and we scheduled a tank replacement a few days later. The installation went off without a hitch and we now have new water heater utilizing one third of the annual energy cost. We might even get a tax break out of this. Thanks much!

THis was a routine maintenance visit. Arrived exactly when scheduled, and called me when on the way. They found a problem which will be covered under warranty; the necessary part has been ordered, and I will be called when it is available. THe serviceman explained what he was doing, showed me the problem, and explained what he needed to do and why. I've been using this company for 10 years and will continue to do so.
