Gary was fantastic. He arrived with in an hour of me calling. Although I has to replace my entire unit. He explained the process and made the entire ordeal easy. He helped us get through the weekend until the unit could be replaced.

Bryant ran a full diagnostic when I explained I couldn't get it to replicate the problem I called them out for (thankfully I took a video to show the noise and where it was loudest) and found the now silent problem. Walked me though the process and what problem areas to look out for later, something the original install company has yet to do despite coming out a few times. In and out in 30 minutes. Friendly, knowledgeable, kind to old barky dogs. I'll be calling Bryant again in the future.

Michael was awesome in helping assist with a dilemma on how best to prepare a circuit for multiple garage chest freezers. Michael was prompt, took time to consider the situation and then recommend the most efficient and cost effective option. He prepared a new plug and circuit route so that we can rest easier knowing our freezers won’t trip the main electric system. I will be glad to have Michael and Bryant’s team back when the next project comes. Thanks!

Mark from Bryant my technician was here on time and he did a great job cleaning my AC for the summer. He advised me of parts that could go bad in the future but the unit is up and running and going. I’m very satisfied with Bryant.
