If my rating is supposed to be about the technician alone I would have to give him 5-stars. He was very professional and friendly. I believe his name was Juan, and he was very thorough in his inspection and located the problem very quickly. He made sure to explain things to us clearly and made us feel absolutely comfortable about the work. We were covered by our warranty and only had a to pay a little for the technician to come out.
