We have been doing business with Bryant for quite a few years. They have replaced and maintained our AC and furnace since about 1998. This trip David found a couple of issues with the furnace that needed addressing, if not now, soon. He spelled out our options, and we decided to go ahead and have him replace the needed parts. I feel Bryant has always been honest with us. They're probably not the cheapest, but when it somes to repairing major appliances, I'm not looking for the cheap way out.
