If my rating is supposed to be about the technician alone I would have to give him 5-stars. He was very professional and friendly. I believe his name was Juan, and he was very thorough in his inspection and located the problem very quickly. Mark came to my house for a tune up/maintenance appointment. He was friendly, professional, and knowledgable. He gave me advice on how to keep my house cooler and even found a water bottle in my blower motor! Highly recommend.
Our condensation pump went out, I called Bryant Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electric around 9pm on Friday night I spoke to Diane C*******, she was very pleasant and she scheduled a visit for Saturday morning. Saturday morning I received a call from Jason B********, letting me know that he would be arriving in about 25 minuets, Jason, was very professional, and knowledgeable. He explained the situation. Jason came out on a Saturday morning, arrived on time and knew exactly what he was doing. Thank you Jason, and Diane.
