We have been using Bryant Heating & Cooling for a few years now. Their service techs are knowledgeable and setting appts are hassle free.
They did a very thorough inspection, they were on time and friendly!
Bryant is a great company. The lady I talked to when scheduling my inspection was very nice and helpful and when the scheduled day came, the technician made sure to call when he was headed my way. Brandon was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, polite, and professional. Received same day service for AC not working. Jeff did a great job keeping me informed of what he was doing, checking the entire unit. Found and corrected the problem, and made recommendations to help prevent future issues.
After a lightning strike I needed a full replacement of my HVAC system. William K*** did a full evaluation with recommendations without pushing for unnecessary upgrades. Jennifer V********* work with me and the Insurance co to get us on the install que ASAP. The install crew showed up early on a Friday morning, explained the plan and went to work. Larry showed up on time and was done in 8 hrs. Cleaned up everything. They were very professional and nice guys. Wore booties each time they came inside. I would recommend Bryant for your ac install. Did a great job.
