We were experiencing a power outage at 3:00 am and lost power to our furnace during 17 degree weather. The Energy Company (Duke) said it was not an issue with them so it must be an issue in our home. We started calling numerous electric repair companies with little or no hope that anyone could get to us anytime soon.
