Technician called prior to appointment to let me know when to expect him and was on time getting here. He was professional and courteous and communicated effectively. He completed the routine maintenance on our unit and cleaned it. He found and took care of the bad starter and replaced it. We are very happy with Bryant HVAC and Electric and will definitely use them again in the future.

He also made me aware of add-ones that are available to help kill bacteria and mold. I may do that in 2022. Bryant installed my current unit and has been the only company I trust to maintain/service it.
