We had a new Heat Pump installed on 2/25/2022 after our 9 year old heat pump was unable to be economically repaired. A new blower motor and control board didn't fix the problem. The technician, James Bond finally determined that our outdoor unit had no coolant left in it. At that point we decided it would make more sense to install a new Heat Pump, instead of spending more money trying to repair the old unit. We had a furnace installed on 2/21/22. The men working were on time and worked steadily until the job was done. They both were polite, friendly and very efficient in their work. We were very pleased with both of them. One of the men was Jermone and do not know the other man working with Jermone.
