This was my first experience using Bryant to service my HVAC and I would highly recommend this company to anyone seeking prompt, reliable, and knowledgeable technicians. I initially called for my unit to be maintenance because I noticed the cooling performance had become marginal at best. He explained what caused my problem in lay terms that I could understand. While service calls make me nervous DeVon helped lessen the pain as I wrote out my check. Our electricity had to be cut off at the street because of a rusted and burnt main wire coming into the house behind the meter. My disabled husband could not stay at home with no electricity because he depends on a machine at night. My furnace stopped doing the ‘heating’ thing last winter. I waited till now to have it checked out, before old man winter returns. Turns out, the ‘inducer motor’ on my 8 year old furnace gave out.
