WE CALLED TO GET A CHECKUP ON OUR AIR CONDITIONER. SERVICE MAN CAME ON TIME, VERY FRIENDLY WENT RIGHT TO CHECK. HE REPORTED EVERYTHING WAS IN GOOD ORDER.

Spencer came to our house to check out a potential electrical problem between the breaker box and the dishwasher. The problem was with the dishwasher itself, which he doesn’t work on, but he did a great job assessing everything. Professional, knowledgable, and thorough in his explanation of everything. We recently purchased a "soft starter" for our HVAC condenser (it greatly lowers surge current down from ~100A to about the mid 30's. It allows the unit to start/run much quieter & allows it to run on an affordable mid-sized portable generator in the event of a power outage & should allow the equipment to last much longer as it is under much less stress).
