I've used Bryant for a few years now after being less-than-pleased with other contractors in the area. Sometimes I have the same tech (hi Tim!) for my maintenance needs, sometimes it's someone new -- but they've always been kind and helpful without attempting to upsell me, which is refreshing. They are happy to answer questions and even go above and beyond (like telling me what a damper is, then opening it and thereby solving a 30-year-old issue...)!
David Duncan was efficient, knowledgeable and thorough. He explained the issues he found and offered solutions for keeping my HVAC unit running. Thank you David!
Our service technician was very professional and on time. He explained everything that he serviced/checked at the end of his visit. Have used Bryant Heating and Cooling several times in the past for preventative maintenance.
