All went great
I went into rifes with an idea and leaving the store with a different one. JJ helped me out a lot and was very personal, remembered my name, what I was looking for and what I actually ordered. I was very pleased with the price, service, pick up and especially the actual product. Definitely recommend rifes!! I was at the one on highway 34 but I’m sure they’re all good
Great price. Took me a while to track down the item on the Internet. Rife's took the time to check on their access and availability. It was an exact match for current item we have, use daily and we needed a pair of. Item was not available in the USA so had a very long wait on the item being shipped from across the Pacific. Well worth the wait. Item is exactly what we needed. Was mint. And has many commenting on.
Two visits to the store and chose a loveseat over two recliners. Kelly was great with us. We realized that was the wrong decision four days after delivery. Talked to JJ and he allowed us to return the loveseat and purchase the two recliners. We are extremely pleased with the service, support, and customer concerns they showed.
I was looking for a inexpensive mattress for a bunk bed that hadn’t been used for many years. I was pleased to see that they had one available for pick up. It allowed me to complete my preparation for our grandchildren to visit.
Customer service was excellent. I appreciated the fact that there were no high pressure sales tactics, only informative very honest and polite sales.
Salesman was awesome and delivery was excellent minus grabbing incorrect bed at first bit all in all 5 stars
Have purchased from you some years ago. Like the store in Albany/Corvallis area. Delivered on time. A recliner was the wrong color, but exchange not a problem and correct one brought 3 days later and all is good! Thank you for caring about tour customers. We love Rife’s!
