The help from JJ was great, especially since the warranty from emerald was messed up and I had health issues which further delayed things from my end. So far the furniture. Deliver was prompt and courteous. The only reason for 4 star was that my exterior door was damaged during delivery.
I offered the guys beers but the didn’t take it, y’all should let us (the customers) tip them. (With beer)
Kelley was my salesperson. He was one of the best I have ever had. Extremely helpful and kind.
