Sarah Gann was extremely helpful from the moment we walked in. Our intention was just to look around and get ideas, but after spending time with her, we knew we would be returning to purchase. She went above and beyond, printing out layouts and pricing options; she even went so far as to send us home with a material sample to see if it would work in our home. Thank you Sarah! I went to the Rife’s showroom on Highway 34 on July 24. I was greeted by Sarah Gann who I remembered from about ten years ago when I purchased a sofa. Sarah was very helpful, asking me what I was looking for and then after showing me where to look she left me to wander until I let her know I was ready. She then answered all my questions about the loveseat I selected and wrote up the paperwork while I went over and sat in it once more. It was delivered the next day! My husband and I were in the market for a couch and my parents recommended Rife's. We had a great experience with buying our couch! There were many options available with great financing options. Luckily, the model and color we selected were in stock and we got it delivered within the week! The men who delivered it, Gabriel and Aiden, were efficient, courteous, and kind, and did a wonderful job setting up our couch for us. We will definitely be coming back when we need more furniture!
