Kelly was great and accommodating... the furniture took longer to receive than initially stated. But it all worked out just fine..
Purchased a Homestretch set, (couch and Recliner). When It was delivered and assembled, the backs didn't fit on the couch correctly and don't line up.and there were other issues too so, we called Rifes and they sent out a a gentleman to appraise the problems. His first comment was, " It looks like they delivered customer returns from the warehouse, to you ".. He said I would be contacted, I wasn't.
