I had water damage in my home and Kelly helped me pick out a new sofa and had it delivered the same day. This guy is a life saver! Very knowledgeable about the products and friendly. I will definitely be returning to this store for my next furniture purchase.

Kelly was great and accommodating... the furniture took longer to receive than initially stated. But it all worked out just fine..
Purchased a Homestretch set, (couch and Recliner). When It was delivered and assembled, the backs didn't fit on the couch correctly and don't line up.and there were other issues too so, we called Rifes and they sent out a a gentleman to appraise the problems. His first comment was, " It looks like they delivered customer returns from the warehouse, to you ".. He said I would be contacted, I wasn't.
