Kelly was great and accommodating... the furniture took longer to receive than initially stated. But it all worked out just fine..

Purchased a $4k couch with built in speakers. When delivered the electronics did not work. Waited 2 months for replacement parts. They delivered replacements with blown speakers and faulty Bluetooth. We are now worse of then before. Contacted support over a week ago with no response. At this point feeling like we got scammed.maybe posting the review will get them motivated to make I right but I doubt it.

Purchased a Homestretch set, (couch and Recliner). When It was delivered and assembled, the backs didn't fit on the couch correctly and don't line up.and there were other issues too so, we called Rifes and they sent out a a gentleman to appraise the problems. His first comment was, " It looks like they delivered customer returns from the warehouse, to you ".. He said I would be contacted, I wasn't. Had to have Rife’s store our mattress for several months. When we were ready to get it the mattress was delivered in just a few days.
