I can not express this enough.. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING MADE TO ORDER FROM RIFES!! I ordered a $4,000 made to order sectional set with the ottoman on October 10th 2020 it is now June 10th 2021… i have my sectional but no ottoman, I have called Rifes multiple times and they just give me the run around on when it will finally be here. It’s been 8 MONTHS!!!! I have already paid off the ottoman and I haven’t even received it yet!!! I am so disgusted by Rifes customer service and I will never order anything from that store again... read more
The chair arrived when I was told it would be here.
You were very incorrect on the timing of your arrival date on our recliner. The sales person said it would be 4 to 6 weeks; however it ended up being more like 8 to 10 weeks. When we checked at the 8 week interval, they said it would be a couple of weeks more. Not good customer service!
Delivery on time. Chipped paint on wall by installation.
