When my wife and I first moved to Coos Bay we purchased some furniture from Rife’s and had a good experience. Last year we purchased a new sofa from them on special order, when it arrived the seat cushion was not correct, we brought it to the stores attention the same day as the delivery, but it took another three months to get the correct cushion. I can not express this enough.. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING MADE TO ORDER FROM RIFES!! I ordered a $4,000 made to order sectional set with the ottoman on October 10th 2020 it is now June 10th 2021… i have my sectional but no ottoman, I have called Rifes multiple times and they just give me the run around on when it will finally be here. It’s been 8 MONTHS!!!! I have already paid off the ottoman and I haven’t even received it yet!!! I am so disgusted by Rifes customer service and I will never order anything from that store again... read more
