The clerk (sorry I don't remember his name) was very patient and showed me all items fitting my criteria. Even though I was just looking that day, I ended up with not only a mattress & box spring but a beautiful head board/footboard set that was on clearance. The icing on the cake was when the delivery came ON TIME. ......Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

Everyone and everything was just great .
Great people to work with. They took time to explain where in the U.S. that my furniture was made and how long it would take to get my special order chairs. Being made in the U.S. was my main reason for going to Rife's. Delivery was made 1/2 hour before expected. Great service.

Experience was good. Theresa who took my order over the phone was excellent. Delivery men were excellent. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I feel there should be no delivery charge or a smaller chaespecially in a rural area like this. Plus 2 days after I got it it was advertised free delivery until New Year. I felt I should of been told that. This is the 2nd time I have gotten something from Rife's so will probably buy from them again.

We are very pleased with our purchase. We found exactly what we were looking for at a reasonable price. Fast next day delivery was an added bonus. Will shop the Coos Bay store again.
