Theresa is very knowledgeable about the different styles and sizes of the furniture available. I was able to select the items I wanted on the very first trip to Rife's, Coos Bay. She has kept me informed about the items that had to be ordered.
Friendly and understanding staff. There is some confusion about the delivery and your staff was very helpful in sorting it out. Great customer service.
We stopped in store on a rainy day to look as lounge chairs and found one pretty fast as looked around store and saw that one matched our couch! Took it home that day!
