It was my first time there and as soon as I walked through the door, I was thoroughly impressed. Spotless, everything in its place, employees courteous, and everything was done in an timely and orderly manner. The kids had a ball and the parents felt at ease letting their children run free. I would definitely recommend to others to use Rascal's Fun Zone for birthday parties and just on a daily basis.
My husband I brought our daughter to celebrate her 7th Birthday yesterday, just a Mommy, Daddy, Daughter date... And we had a blast!! We've been here a few times before & have always had a good time. We had forgotten that we didn't need to purchase three attraction passes so we ordered three of them but luckily the nice employee reminded us that one of the adults didn't need to pay and are allowed to join our child for free at all the attractions, so that was a definite plus!! We've been twice to Rascals and had good expericances. Staff isn't overly friendly but they do their jobs. We've been on a week day and a weekend and prefer during the week it's a lot less crowded. Our 3 year old had a blast Sunday and we will be going back in the future.
Maggie was a great hostess and our party of 11 children and 15 adults had a great time - we almost had the place to ourselves! Great birthday party and spring break fun!
Our church's teen group came to Rascals and had an amazing time!! Employees were very friendly and accommodating! We got a discount since we had several kids! We were also able to order food from elsewhere and have it delivered there. Very clean and fun place to come!
