We celebrated my sons birthday there and it was a lot of fun! Our hostess, Hannah, was great and was so kind. She always delivered everything on time and check on us throughout our time there. Good fun for young and old. Thank you!
Bailed us out of a disappointing weekend with a lot of fun! Great staff and very reasonable prices. Brought our 2 year old with us and they had plenty of fun for him too!
I have been going to Rascals my ENTIRE life. I don't know how anyone could think this place isn't awesome. I have NEVER been treated like "a second rate customer " and the staff have NEVER been rude. Yes there is a lot of young staff, however you have to start and learn somewhere. Give the employees a break, they are around screaming kids all day long!!! I have ALWAYS had a wondeful experience and don't mind waiting my turn to go on rides. People need to learn patience, don't forget your kids are watching how you carry yours... read more
