I responded to a telephone call an was directed over to the salesman. Because I already knew the salesperson from a brief conversation I felt comfortable and he assisted me in the car I was interested in. Thus, I am satisfied with the service and enjoying my vehicle.
"In for service, out with a new HR-V" My 2008 Odyssey needed service and while they were looking at, I looked at the new models and really liked the HR-V. Service, sales, and finance people were all a pleasure to work with.
"This is how it should be!" I drove 3 hours one way for a 2012 Pilot ex-l. It was the best deal after comparing 3 others and the only one that was certified. Bob took the stress out of making a big purchase, he was laid back and friendly. My car was clean and waiting with a full tank. It was definitely worth the drive!
