Fair the rooms were extremely small and the floor was dirty the location was nice and the staff was very nice as well

Clean but needs help with customer service No one serviced room, paid more for less. Our friends go a room there too we paid more for our room and their room was larger. Cleanliness, however no one service our room while we were there. Location to the event was excellent.

Hi, thank you for the feedback! We do have room service everyday but our housekeeping staff is instructed not to enter the room if there is a Do Not Disturb sign on the door. Even so, we are sorry for the inconvenience and hope to regain your business in the future
