Sales was excellent and very helpful in the process, service side is ok, but not very detail oriented and they leave a mess everytime I got step ups put on my new truck and they left white residue all over them, nervous about getting my truck done there since have a 5 year coverage on oil changes and all will see how it goes.

John was a clear, concise and quick responding salesman. A scratch was discovered on the windshield after the car was cleaned up. J.B.A. is doing the right thing and replacing the windshield.
