I had a flat tire. I brought my car in to get my tire replaced, oil changed, and tires rotated. Amazing service. I believe the woman that helped me is named Diana. She provided great customer service.

I was very impressed with the knowledge and professionalism which Andy Hoskins displayed as I entered JBA dealership. I told him what I needed and why I needed to make a change and he instantly began to work his magic. I would recommend Andy to anyone I am wanting to purchase a new Chevrolet vehicle..Give my regards to Andy.
I have brought my truck in twice for a ticking noise that I hear and both times they told me they had not heard it so instead of calling me and asking me about it all they do is call and say we’re sorry Miss Reynolds we don’t hear the noise your truck is ready for pick up. O

The service manger was a decent person to deal with. The service writer was a different story. That guy was a crook. I think JBA needs a lot of work in that area. Trying to rip costumers off is not a good way to do business. luckily for myself I knew better. No telling how many people he has done this to in the past. As a business owner myself I would not let someone work for me who acts in that manor.
