Riley was on point. Answered all our questions. Enjoyed working with him. He was very pleasant and explained all the functions to my wife about the trailblazer. He was in no rush and made sure the vehicle was clean, full of fuel and ready to go. A piece came off the rear bumper and had that ordered and repaired the same week. Exceptional service and no pressure. Will work with Riley again if in the market for a new vehicle.

JBA has a Great Customer Service. Besides purchasing our vehicles from JBA we also take them there for any needed servicing and look to John Knoerlein for any assistance who is always very helpful. Never have any issues at JBA.....

I was happy with the salesman Jonathan. He really was patient as we test drove 7 vehicles. He was knowledgeable about the features of each vehicle.

My experience with JBA was great. My salesman Mr. Dawson went up and beyond the call of duty to get me in a vehicle. He remembered the bad experience I had with Carmax and promised me that it would not be the same situation with him and JBA. He definitely kept his word.He was respectful of my time.
