New 2023 Traverse High Country. Brought in due to loud wind noise in rear cabin and you can smell outside stink with air recirculating on. J.B.A. kept vehicle over night, said noise could be from factory roof rack?? and despite a technical bulletin about odor there’s nothing they can do about the smell. To top things off when we picked the vehicle up there is now a ding on the driver door that wasn’t there when dropped off. I have bought many cars and never been treated as unprofessional as I was by Mr Fugitt. I would never buy a car from this dealership.I call the dealership and Mr. Fugitt answered the phone. I told him I wanted the car and Mr Fugitt told me the car was mine, pulled my credit , I spoke to finance(who was awesome) and committed to a payment.
