My experience with JBA Chevrolet is always good. I never have a problem. Everybody is also so good at what they do
They did there job. This is a waste of my time. I don’t appreciate this. This will cause me to go elsewhere.
Service Rep. Brittany immediately came up to me at exactly opening time even if I was just a walk-in customer. The oil change & tire rotation were completed 1 hour ahead of my expected completion time.
Staff was fine, work was fine. you lost a star since when I go to a dealership they always move my seat and never set it back. I spend 10 minutes after getting my car readjusting just do I can drive away.
Just that the appointment was timely and quick. I didn't have to wait very long for the service to be completed.
Both salesmen, Brian McCauley and Jason Schaefer were fantastic, friendly, helpful, and very patient with me.
I have no complaints. I like how they work and how professional they are. I have been going there for two years now and every time I go I know that they will always fix the problems with my car and what it needs!!
Always a pleasant time at JBA. Front desk always pleasant. Wait time also great. Thank you.
Jason Schaffer was easy to work with and was no pressure when I got my 2024 Equinox. Loved dealing with him.
