Great Service Every time that I’ve been here from buying my car to the service department, everyone has been so helpful & friendly. Justin always seem to go the extra mile in the service department & that always makes me feel that more special as a customer. He definitely gets two thumbs up for being a great advisor.

Customer waiting area is pleasant and refreshments are available; coffee and tea. Be prepared to be there awhile, repairs and service needs are plentiful and customers are bringing there vehicles to Ilderton. You will be serviced according to your arrival.

Speedy Oil Change Bought our Jeep at another dealer and was not satisfied with the service at the local dealership. I was in and out in an hour for an oil change without an appointment. Excellent!

Completely Unexpected Experience I was truly blown away by the service that I received on last week. I went to simply look for a used vehicle and browse. I left with a BRAND NEW CAR within an hour of my visit. The entire experience from beginning to end was wonderful. Brandon Johnson was the best!! I would refer him to any and everyone.

Incredible Customer Service I have purchased several Grand Cherokees since 2001 and Ilderton has stood heads above the others for their service department. One of my purchases was at a rival dealer because they had the Jeep I want at a better price. After my first oil change, I was back to Ilderton for service. My service advisor, Justin, is by far the best. I have moved but still contact him in all issues with my car and I plan trips so I can get my car serviced at Ilderton.
