Our sales person was great, but the quality of the bed we received is cheap and crappy. Apparently the bed was in the warehouse for almost a week and they never called to let me know it was here, had to go to Milford instead of Dover where we bought it from. Then it came out of the box with scratches. almost afraid to let anyone sleep on the bed...it may fall apart. Very disappointed!

NEVERRRRRR BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE THEY ARE A RIP OFF ! My grandma spent over $1,000 and they gave her delivered her the wrong furniture that took 3 weeks then to get her actual stuff will take ANOTHER 3-4 weeks AND THEY ONLY REFUNDED HER $50 !!!!

Worst buying experience EVER! I had to special order my coffee table and end tables. I was a little apprehensive about buying a lift top table, but the sales person assured me it was quality made furniture ( which I paid good money for). Waited 5 weeks to get my furniture. The first time we used the lift top it would not close properly I went to the store and was told to call customer service.
