After purchasing several pieces over the years and purchasing the extended warranty for each one….when it came time to use the warranty on a 2000 dollar couch, barely a year old, we were told the company was out of business and the warranty would be refunded. The warranty was 279 dollars…a lot of good that does anyone. Their 3rd party service department agreed with our claim after months of arguing with Jose via text, since he’s not capable of speaking to someone on the phone or in person. UPDATE - I received the sofas today and they look wonderful!!! Thank you to Kelly, delivery drivers and everyone else for making this happen. We appreciate all your help!!! I ordered 2 sofas, put a deposit and was told they would be here the 2nd week of November, then the 22nd of November. Now 1st week of December!!! Very disappointed!!! I was going to order more furniture for our new house, but based on this first order, I will find somewhere else.
