After purchasing several pieces over the years and purchasing the extended warranty for each one….when it came time to use the warranty on a 2000 dollar couch, barely a year old, we were told the company was out of business and the warranty would be refunded. The warranty was 279 dollars…a lot of good that does anyone. UPDATE - I received the sofas today and they look wonderful!!! Thank you to Kelly, delivery drivers and everyone else for making this happen. We appreciate all your help!!! I ordered 2 sofas, put a deposit and was told they would be here the 2nd week of November, then the 22nd of November. Now 1st week of December!!! Very disappointed!!! I was going to order more furniture for our new house, but based on this first order, I will find somewhere else.
Won’t shop here again. Order had to be split in two, said two delivery fees, no problem, first first delivery was one price, 2nd one the price doubled if I want my furniture removed, it was removed the first time. Miles was rude and condescending, knew I had to pay if I wanted my furniture, then hung up when he got the negative feedback he deserved.
I bought a $400 table with a $120 delivery fee, they called with the worse time, I have to work too. Asked for a change and told now I would get a another $120 fee. Guess where I won’t be buying from anymore
Half my delivery was missing. I was told they would be back the next day. Almost a week later and Ive left 3 messages with no response. Still waiting for other half of my bed to be put together. Nobody has had the decency to call me back
