Won’t shop here again. Order had to be split in two, said two delivery fees, no problem, first first delivery was one price, 2nd one the price doubled if I want my furniture removed, it was removed the first time. Miles was rude and condescending, knew I had to pay if I wanted my furniture, then hung up when he got the negative feedback he deserved.

I bought a $400 table with a $120 delivery fee, they called with the worse time, I have to work too. Asked for a change and told now I would get a another $120 fee. Guess where I won’t be buying from anymore

When our customers buy from us we have them sign a delivery agreement form. We agree upon a delivery date and you are notified the afternoon prior with your three hour window for delivery. Maybe we should have picked another date for your delivery. Our delivery rate is a flat rate and it is just to break even as we pay for our trucks, gas and delivery drivers. I am sorry for any inconvenience, but I hope you understand we try our best to accommodate our customers.
Half my delivery was missing. I was told they would be back the next day. Almost a week later and Ive left 3 messages with no response. Still waiting for other half of my bed to be put together. Nobody has had the decency to call me back

It’s my style furniture is a rip off, customers who purchase items don’t get what they pay for meanwhile those same items are being sold at a higher price to other customers

I began a large furniture order on April 15, 2020. Six months later I’m still waiting for my complete order. Ridiculous by any measure.
Before I start I will admit the service was Vic was great he has tried to help us fix this issue. We ordered furniture in July it was the 11th or 12th we were told 6-8 weeks for delivery, we still have not received our furniture! This is unacceptable! We got a call last week stating that only a portion of our order will be here tomorrow and would be delivered all we have to do was call on Saturday to get our delivery time set , we called on Sunday to get the time and we were told it was not in the system. Our sales person was great, but the quality of the bed we received is cheap and crappy. Apparently the bed was in the warehouse for almost a week and they never called to let me know it was here, had to go to Milford instead of Dover where we bought it from. Then it came out of the box with scratches. almost afraid to let anyone sleep on the bed...it may fall apart. Very disappointed!

NEVERRRRRR BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE THEY ARE A RIP OFF ! My grandma spent over $1,000 and they gave her delivered her the wrong furniture that took 3 weeks then to get her actual stuff will take ANOTHER 3-4 weeks AND THEY ONLY REFUNDED HER $50 !!!!
