"Patient Service" I am in the middle of two jobs and was waiting on a report day for my new job. I emailed Fonda and inquired about a new 2018 Tundra. She kept in touch with me with no pressure. I also notified other dealers but she was the only one that kept following up with me. She did everything in her power to satisfy my needs. The time and experience was a joy and it was the most enjoyable experience when buying a new vehicle I ever had! Findlay staff and atmosphere is what you want when buying a car!

"Great experience." After visiting other dealerships, I was starting to feel like they were all the same—pushy, uncaring, and disinterested in me.
