I feel that the dealership is great. Chantelle Kraft is my Service Advisor and I think she is the GREATEST one there. She always takes car of my Highlander like it was her own. She is pleasant to talk to and easy to understand. She tells me no lies always the truth and I feel that makes it the best. My experience with Findlay Toyota is always pleasant. They are quick with being able to schedule service and appointments are always on my time schedule. The service department is alway so efficient explaining all that will done and an estimate given is always accurate. I like how they come and look for me to give me updates.

My agent Vince Argentine was awesome. He listened to what I wanted done and didn’t try to upsell. My car (2006 Toyota corolla) works great. The waiting area is clean. There are hot drinks ( including Starbucks). This Toyota dealer’s is excellent.
