I found the truck online. I contacted the dealer and Michael Rodriguez and JP Martorana were assigned to assist me. They made the deal happen. I had some financing hoops to jump through. I was not particularly impressed with either one of them. JP got in the truck with me for a short test drive and immediately turned on the heated seats. 10 seconds later he was putting the window down saying it was so hot. James Frieson was knowledgeable, helpful, and patient. He is.definitely one of the best salesman I have worked with. I appreciated his staightforward approach. He made purchasing the car a relatively easy process. I would definitely recommend him to friends. :) Doron Bodinger helped me with the financial portion. He was excellent, also very patient and knowledgeable. James and Doran worked nicely together to assist me with the purchase of the car. I am not an easy person to sell a car to. Moises is very knowledgeable, approachable, funny, and helpful. I enjoyed working with him getting my 2005 Tacoma serviced. Moises provided prompt updates, and personal care. Words can't even begin to explain how thankful we are for Tommy and Findlay Toyota. We had an impossible dream to get a TRD Pro 2023 Sequoia and Tommy made that dream a reality. Not only was communication over the months it took to find one fantastic, but once the vehicle became available he did absolutely everything in his power to make sure we got it. The entire process was incredible; we will be using Tommy again in the future and recommending him to all of ours friends.
Best Toyota dealer in the valley! Customer service is top notch, friendly staff, clean customer waiting lounge with multiple TV to enjoy your complimentary assorted choice of coffee, tea, and water. My service advisor (Shaun) is very helpful and professional during my visit for the Tundra routine maintenance.
John Gartrell was super helpful and kept me updated the whole way. Once my car arrived, the rest of the process was fairly quick. Everyone I spoke with was friendly!
