Good service. Usual rep was not available but I was taken care of quickly. Repair was completed ahead of schedule and at a lower cost than originally estimated.
Have always had excellent service. I trust that my vehicle is serviced and safe. I value the honesty of the service department, specifically, Zach Fitzwater. He is always accommodating and just a good, honest, easygoing guy. Also, the dealership has one of the most comfortable lobbies with like a little convenience store for drinks and snacks. Highly recommend!!

I have dealt with Findley Toyota in Henderson on several occasions. I have purchased two vehicles from them. Both times it was a pleasant experience. Most recently I took my Highlander into their shop for a trouble light coming on. They swiftly took care of it for a very reasonable price because it was not covered under the warranty. Foreman Chris Ferreira helped me through a safety issue and took the time to educate me about the issue and provided a safer alternative. Tech Michael Espinosa did excellent work.
