Everyone managed to walk the fine line between being interested in finding the vehicle we wanted without it becoming a hard sell. All our questions were answered promptly and corrected and we heard from our sales rep only when he had real information for us, such as our car had been shipped and an ETA. As usual the fast accurate service was provided on my new handicap modified sienna. Will and Brandon always nice and gets it done correctly. Two other dealers closer to home but this is best service based on my rears of experience.
Extremely thorough and professional. They will also provide an Uber service for you, so you don't have to wait at the dealership.

We've had our 2023 camry for less than a year and just had our second maintenance service on December 26. We also had an issue with the check engine light. While the service and staff are great, we were there for over 6 hours! The company does not offer a loaner so people can get other stuff done while waiting. There is no microwave for the cold burritos, cheeseburgers, etc., that they sell. We had a 2 hour drive home and our car still wasn't repaired and we have to return again to complete the job. Vehicle hit 40K. No major/minor findings. Topped off fluids, out within 30mins. I did purchase a maintenance package, service was free 😀😀😀
