I've purchased a total of seven vehicles from Findlay in the past 15 years. My latest experience was with the service department, more specifically their glass coordinator. Tanya, who deals with insurance companies. My insurance company was being obtuse and dragging their feet on a glass repair that immobilized the vehicle. Came in for service had a screw in my tire was in the business for 15 years and I will say the service was impeccable. I thought I was going to be stuck there for a n hour or 2 I was there for like no more than 30 min. Very pleased with the service and staff. It’s a little out of my way to come there but was worth it.
Kai always keeps me aware of the services needed and takes care of everything. I hand him my keys and sit in the lounge until the service is complete. Always an easy & pleasant experience.
