Joe F and J. P. In sales were informative and attentive. Service Dept did not keep me informed of progress- a 3 hour estimate took over 4 hours.but result was excellent. All said, I’m an advocate of Findlay Toyota.

My service rep Kevin was very helpful throughout my car issue last week. I was grateful he was able to figure out the problem and I was able to get my car back. Thankful for Toyota. He was also able to put me in a rental for the week also that I was so blessed to have so my work and kid activities schedule would not be interrupted.
Joe Romero has always been kind. Francis in finance was very nice. Was hoping for a good lease deal, but limited supply and rates lead me to buyout the lease.
