I was received by the service manager personally, who was friendly. Took my vehicle as a walk-in and was able to fix the issue as it was approaching closing hours.

I like being able to pick my service person; however, I only talked to him at the beginning and on the phone. I’d like to have my service person talk to me afterward, so I know the car is safe. Review tires, brakes. Etc with me instead of just paperwork for me to read and try to decipher.
