Customer services is excellent. But, the labor cost is about 80% of paid amount- seems unrealistic . Known labor cost is about 49% ($292.41) and there is no source of info for the remaining amount which is about 29% ($172.21).
When i pulled up to the service center they where ready to help me gentlemen was very kind and was able to get us in asap

I came in for my oil change. There was a small mishap and the customer service took care of it immediately just had to wait for the part to come in, but Makayla was on it and got it done and I’m very happy with it.
The staff was quick on intake. Jaime was very explanatory with what needed to be done. The time it took to service our vehicle was what we expected. I, come here because I like the environment and staff. My husband would prefer to go to Centennial Toyota because it’s closer to home, but from references that I’ve heard the staff is not as friendly, service takes longer than expected and they’re pushy.
