Had an issue after a routine oil change. Service Manager Brian was phenomenal in addressing the issue. Had tow truck sent to my home to pick up car, oil change & filter, steam cleaned engine, reimbursed our cost for original service, & provided cleanup in the garage for oil spill. We have bought many cars & had service at Findlay… do so appreciate the prompt & caring approach! Thank you!!!
